fe7777 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error, and will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, maintenance downtime, or disruptions caused by factors outside fe7777's reasonable control (including but not limited to network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fe7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the fe7777 Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
fe7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where fe7777 reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account would expose fe7777 to regulatory or legal risk; or (d) the Account holder has been identified as a problem gambler through responsible gaming monitoring.
Upon legitimate Account closure for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an Account is closed due to fraud or material Terms breach, fe7777 reserves the right to withhold all Balance pending investigation.
You may request voluntary closure of your fe7777 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be actioned within two (2) business days. Any remaining verified Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the conditions above.

Material amendments will be notified to registered Account holders via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the fe7777 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation or to address a security risk, in which case the amendment may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the fe7777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a provision that most closely achieves the economic effect of the original.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as specified by fe7777's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
